EDUCARE Foundation is a non-profit (501c3) organization established to cater the healthcare, educational and social needs of underprivileged and poverty-stricken communities living in Texas The objective of the organization is to enlarge our reach and become involved in ensuring the building and availability of infrastructures for the delivery of those services through multi-faceted projects.
